TFI Pools

They came to install a used pool and were told it was a bit rusty, but that it wouldn?t cause any harm and would last another few years. It lasted a month before we had to replace it. Now it?s mid summer and we have no pool which we paid them to install. We were also told the pool was 27 inches when we were under the impression it was 24. We took their word because they are the professionals. In the process of taking down our pool which we couldn?t use because of their screw up, we realized it was 24 inches. They charged us more after telling us it was 27? we paid a ton to them for a pool we used for one month. Now we are back to square one in the middle of summer, and going to do it ourselves. I absolutely would never recommend this company to anyone.

I don't understand the old negative reviews. We had our above ground pool installed by TFI and just had them close it. From the first call to today they have been excellent. I normally open and close the pool myself. Why, when TFI will do it? Alicia is superb on scheduling, pricing and service. The field guys are great. Good job Raul! Ps I don't normally give excellent ratings.
