The cost was more than I expected but the plumber was very professional and did fine work.

"I am sorry you felt that the cost was high.I charged you $168 . HomeAdvisor charged me $38 to take your call you had a stop $20 supply line $16 bag trap $12 a trip to the parts store and over an hours worth of gas and labor, the price was far below industry average the price should have been closer to $200."

I never use vendors that require same day payment. I spent about an hour Meeting up with this person to pay them. They demanded same day payment and were pricey for what was done. Quality of the work thus far is good though.

"Sorry that you feel that way! I spent over 7 hours plus $160 on the valve, my price was far below industry averages. Your property is really far from the metro area and I didn't charge you for my drive time. I also ate at least two hours of the cost, I'm sorry you feel same day payment for same day service is out of line but I don't know you and you don't know me. I did my part and I needed to know I was going to be paid. You don't get a haircut, oil change, gas, groceries and say I'll pay you later. For the service I provided, it does not warrant a 2-star rating but I am sorry you felt the need to tarnish my reputation I can't make everyone happy all the time. I was 20min late."

He was courteous, professional, didn't waste time and quickly identified the problems. We were very impressed with how quickly he responded to my inquiry, helped us pick out what we needed. I can't say enough great things about his workmanship, serivce and fairness. I will use him for all my future plumbing needs. So glad we connected. Happy Customer.He replaced my toilet, the leaking problem we had with our sink pipes that were not the correct sizefor the sink.He also quickly identified our water leak outsid. Worth every penny.

Bob did a great job overall. He responded quickly to my written request for service , then came the next day and replaced my sink disposal unit. Only caveat is that he only accepts credit cards with a 3% additional charge. That makes me have to look to a large plumbing firm if a large charge is possible. Otherwise a great job.

Reasonable price and had the work completed timely and efficiently. Even came out on a Sunday for repairs. Work is warrantied for one tear parts & labor. Recommend Bob highly.
