Chad was very friendly and professional. He did not leave until I checked the entire house and gave my approval.

Chad was nice guy. But he wanted to much money up front. He came on the day he said to start the job he bid on. He over powerwashed our pool deck and fence.He took some of the concrete off the pool deck. Said it was the clear coat coming off. He burnt holes into the cement pad around our pool.This was in the 1st part of April. He has yet to come back to finish the job. Ever time we contacted him to come and finish the job he bid on. He always has some kind excuse why he not coming to finish his job. We believe that he should reimburse us for the job he didn't finish. If your looking for someone to do this job. We strongly do not recommend this company.

Chad and his wonderful co worker did an amazing job. We had an add on with our large upper back deck, and found them flexible, with great attention to detail. The additional cost to our project was well spent. Thank you KnD powerwashing!!

My interactions with K and D Power washing started out well, then quickly went downhill. I selected K and D Power washing for my job based in part on their HomeAdvisor reviews and Chads quick response to my project request. He came to my house and gave me a quote for the work on Mon 3/16, and I gave him a 30% deposit. We agreed that he would do the work on Thu 3/19 (weather permitting)...so far, so good. I received a text from him on Tue 3/17 at 6:14 pm asking if it would be ok for him to come on Wed 3/18 to do the work since they were calling for rain on Thu. I immediately replied and said Yes, what time do you think you will be here? but I never received a response. At that point, I assumed he would be at my house on Wed morning 3/18 to do the work. On the morning of Wed 3/18 he never showed. I tried calling him several times that morning and left several VM messages. I also texted him at 10:30 am that morning asking if he was still planning to be at my house to do the work, but also telling him that if I did not hear back from him in the next 15 mins that I was going to cancel my job and request a full refund of my deposit...again, no response. So I called him at 11:00 am and left another VM message confirming that I was cancelling the job. I thought that was the end of the story. 2 hours later I begin getting text responses from Chad saying that he just woke up, he never saw a response from me about coming on Wed, so he assumed he would come on Thu as originally planned (which makes no sense because the weather forecast was still calling for rain on Thu). We had a back and forth exchange of texts - I told him the job was cancelled and that I wanted my deposit back, he said that is not happening and insists that he plans to show up at my house on Thu morning to begin the work. Realizing that I was getting nowhere with him, I called HomeAdvisor and spoke to the Customer Solutions department. The person I spoke to (Kelly) was extremely helpful and understanding. She reviewed the entire string of texts with me (she had access to them because all of the messages were being sent from within the HA app). She offered to call Chad on my behalf to reiterate that 1) I was cancelling the job, and 2) he was NOT to show up at my property the next day. She did so and left a message on his VM. At that point, Kelly explained to me the process of initiating a complaint through HomeAdvisor. That process begins with posting a negative review on the HA site and giving the home pro time to respond and resolve the issue. So I texted to Chad one last time...I respectfully asked him to return my deposit in full and gave him 1 week to do so (which I believe was more than generous under the circumstances). I went on to say that if I received my deposit in full within that time no further action would be taken, but that if I did not get my refund I would have no choice but to initiate the customer complaint process that HA outlined to me. And that is where we are today...no further responses from Chad, no refund, which leaves me no choice but to file my formal complaint.

Service was excellent. The guys arrived early and worked till the was done well. Good communication as to scheduling during a rainy period, polite, professional.

Chad had to get on my garage roof to get to the upper part of my home's siding and noticed the shingles had mold growth. Rather than just doing the siding and coming back down, Chad told me about the problem and asked if I wanted him to take the time and remove the mold, which I agreed he should do. This showed me that Chad cared about the overall health of my house and not just the areas that you can see. My wife and I are very pleased with the care the K&D team took. Our house looks great and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering having an area of their house, deck, sidewalk, etc power washed! Thank you K&D! I look forward to using your services again in the future!!

I got a response from Chad at K&D Powerwashing the first day I submitted my request and the Powerwashing on my home was scheduled and completed within one week. They showed up on time and worked hard to ensure my home was thoroughly cleaned and all areas of concern were completely addressed. In short, I found Chad and his team to be reliable, dedicated and hardworking. And all of the work was completed at a fair and competitive price. My home now looks like new, as was promised. I would hire K&D Powerwashing again and would highly recommend to friends and family.

He power washed our deck and spent a considerable amount of time on the railings making sure they were cleaned very well. Would use Chad again for future power washing projects.

Chad was very professional and prompt.He did a fantastic job of powerwashing our large deck. It was very dirty and now looks like new! If you want a great job done at a fair price, hire K&D Powerwashing!

We used them for several other projects along with passing his name around to other contractors. He has a great reputation and drive to get there quickly and make sure the job is done perfectly. I'd totally recomend them to do your work they are very professional.
