Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair - For Business
May 2026 my rental house in Lebanon City has no heat for a week.
Ugi red tagged the furnace unsafe
Kody checks out the problems..supposedly orders parts.
Now Lebanon City public safety sends me a must be repaired notice .
8 may 2026. Kds will not respond to email, text messages, phone calls with voicemails left..
VERY POOR COMMUNICATION.

KDS has now saved us on MULTIPLE occasions in the past few months with several different boiler issues. Kody is always quick to respond, efficient in diagnosing and fixing the issue, and friendly and knowledgeable while doing so! He has corrected issues that other HVAC technicians have missed for years, finally solving so many problems. Water Heater Installation and Replacement
We are so happy we found Kody when we did! He was fast acting to come and access our water situation when we called him. We had our brand new water heater ready to go by the next morning! He even went above and beyond to help us by looking at a few other things we were unsure about. He was professional, reliable and very affordable. We definitely will be calling him again if we run into household troubles!
