First Time they cleaned they did a very good job. Cleaned almost 4 hours. 2nd time they cleaned, did pretty good but missed a few areas that were on the list they covered, took them 1.5 hrs. 3rd time they missed alot of items that were on their covered list. The owner was very apologetic and told me to tell her again if anything happens like this again, she acted very sincere, but when tried to schedule them for another cleaning (was going to give them another chance) the owner wont respond back to me. Evidently she did not mean anything she said. I have attempted twice to make contact with her and nothing. No explanation, nothing. Will not return my text or email.
