Did a great job at a fair price.

Neat. Actually went out and bought switchplate covers to match the ones we had.

BEWARE. I was contacted by Anthony Dandy and decided to move forward with the project. He gave me the company name "A Touch of Favor". Not even sure if the company is legit. Anthony basically got a deposit to purchase the supplies and then never did the job. Claimed he injured his finger and when I requested my deposit back he stopped returning my phone calls. This seems to be his M.O as I looked on www.contractor.com and found the same comments from two other customers. Keith was with Anthony when he came over, but the check was written to Anthony, and the contract was signed by Anthony. Keith may be legit, but Anthony is not.

I contracted with this company to re-wire my house. He seemed earger to do the job, arrived on-time for the 1st meeting and got me an estimate in a timely fashion. Gave me a draw schedule which included some money before the work was to begin. Only 1.5 days worth of work had been performed. All the materials for the job were taken away and I have not seen or heard from this company since. I paid 2800.00 for work to rough in inspection. If you hire this company, pay nothing upfront. I got burned and will have to hire another contractor to come behind him and finish. Not answering his phone, e mails, or text messages.

Keith works with another man named Anthony. Keith responded quickly to my needs. They installled a new attic fan. After putting it in, I had to call them back out to fix it because it was rattling.. They came back promptly to fix it. They were both very nice men, but I feel they overcharged me for the work that was done. I didn't really take the time to get other estimates but having called other electricians, after the fact, I realize that I could have had the work done for considerably less. However, the work was done well and quickly.

Timing was excellent. With 5 minutes of my solicitation he called me to arrange an appointment. He was at my house within 30 minutes and fully explained the problem to me in a timely fashion. If I were staying in the area I'd certainly make KE Jackson my first choice to call for future electrical work.

They did a great job on the attic fan. They also took care of other electrical and maintenance projects that needed to be done. They did great work and finished the job early. My neighbors commented on how good everything looked. They were very easy to work with and very helpful any time I had questions. I will call on them again and recommend them to everyone.

Hired Keith to run electrical wiring in my backyard. Keith decided to use indoor wiring for a portion of the job and we don't understand why. I have tried to call him to get him to fix (or modify with conduit) and he will not return our call. One outlet does not even work! Buyer Beware!!!!!

If you're planning to have electrical work done in your home, do not do it before you call this company.! What a surprise to have a company that arrives on time, is extremely capable and sensitive to your needs and doesn't charge you "An Arm & A Leg" for their excellent service. I'm clueless about "electrical things" & Mr. Jackson went back to Lowe's with me to be sure I purchased the correct AC Unit I needed. After 5 previous trips to Lowes I now have exactly what I needed. This company deserves 10 Stars, not 5. You can depend on this Co. The cost for this excellent, knowledgeable service is surprisingly enexpensive. Call Them First!!

He came over and installed our ceiling fan the same day we called him.

Keith Jackson called to set up and appointment time. He showed up on time and reviewed the items that required electrical work. He and his helper provided an acceptable estimate. They proceeded to do the repairs and replacements the same day. Good Job, Well Done.

Keith contacted us and emailed a quote immediately. He was available on a Sat to install our ceiling fan, which was a big plus. He was prompt and courteous and did a great job. We love our ceiling fan and I will contact Keith for all our future electrical needs. Also very impressed with Service Magic and how it is set up. T. Brooks
