Sergio was very responsive and kept in communication with me when he would be at the house to install the new water heater. I had wanted a specific brand of hwh to be installed and he was able to find the item, pick it up and do the install the same day. He worked efficiently and kept his work area very tidy and organized. His pricing was fair. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for plumbing work. Sergio phoned within a few minutes of my Home Advisor search, and gave me a fair quote based on my description of the project. He offered same-day service if necessary (it wasn't) and agreed to pick up a water heater I would purchase by phone, and install the next day, to current code. Sergio was on time and he and his assistant worked quickly and completed the job in about two hours.

Quick service, I called for an estimate and they were there within 45 minutes. I accepted the estimate at around 11 am and by 4 pm my water heater was installed. It was difficult because the water heater is in the attic, but they did a great job. They wore masks and shoe covers upon entering the home and they were very courteous. They even called the next day to make sure things were going ok and working. I would use them again for any needs I have.
