Concrete Driveways & Floors Installation

Had a concrete driveway poured 6 months ago. They did a horrible job. There is a huge discoloration in the middle of the driveway. The concrete surface is uneven and rippled. There is already a crack and the aggregate is exposed and pieces of it are breaking off. We paid $13,000 for a professional driveway and got this mess instead. We have had to hire a lawyer since he has not refunded our money. We have not heard from him in 2 months dispite him promising to return our money. The driveway needs to be ripped up and redone. Would give negative stars if I could.
