My mother was very happy with the stairlift when it was installed and it was a smooth process from start to finish. The guy who installed the stairlift ( I believe his name was Edgar) was very knowledgeable and helpful. The stairlift has been a real blessing for her. She is able to stay at home with no problems. I highly recommend this company to anyone.
