They responded very quickly, very polite, honest and personable. I personally thought price was very high for work actually done but that is just my opinion. In my case it turned out there was nothing to actually fix but I still had to pay the $200. To me, that was high and my only issue.

karl was very professional, did what he said he would, came for the assessment WHEN he said he would, came for the job when he said he would. the job included going in the crawlspace. when he was finished he had taken before and after videos of the job. this is the second time I have used home advior to get a plumber. the first wwas in our house in Virginia, so I did it again in R.I. it worked as advertised AGAIN. two states, two qualified plumbers that I will call again. thanks Hone Advisor!
