I called the owner Craig with a leak and he said he would be there to check it out in half an hour. He was there in 20 minutes and had the problem solved in a half an hour. Very professional and great to work with. Thanks so much for my porch roof. I am very much enjoying it.

Ker Remodeling was very professional from the quote process through the completion of our contract. We are very pleased with the workmanship on our front porch railing repair and the replacement and upgrade to our back step railings. The entire process was explained in advance. They also respected all Covid recommendations. Ker Remodeling is a wonderful company to work with and is highly recommended.

Kraig renovated my kitchen and did a great job. First, they demoed everything and hauled it away, then installed a new tile floor, cabinets, backsplash, and appliances. It took a little over a week and everything turned out just like we discussed.

Bathroom sink propped on a piece of yard stick, still not level backsplash not sitting on sink top, toilet is loose and I smell sewer, shower door not installed correctly, lousy job of caulking top of shower surround . Floor is okay. But splatter of paint and caulk left on floor and walls. Painted window frame but left paint all over the glass. Did not use tape or care when painting window.

KER remodeled both of my bathrooms and finished the job on scheduled. The bathrooms look good and any minor issues were fixed quickly.

Ker Remodeling did a complete overhaul of my master bathroom including seamless shower, hardwood tile floors, ...etc. Simply stated, "they were excellent". The tile work was immaculate, as was the stone work in the shower. Kraig and his crew were a joy to interact with, and very approachable regarding changes or adjustments on the fly - which has earned them this outstanding review.

Installed new toilet, flooring, and painted walls. Project completed and crew was personable and approachable with all questions.

It is two and a half years after our renovation and things are falling apart - especially the tile floors. We are extremely disappointed. We've had to bring in a contractor who was recommended by The Tile Shop to try to salvage the floor. We had a cracked tile and when they pulled it up, it revealed only about 30% of the tile was adhered to the floor. There is loose and cracked grout throughout the kitchen and entryway with some tiles even moving around. We were so happy at first, but once the high of having the new kitchen settled down, all the cracks and glaring flaws began to appear. The crew was very nice, on time, cleaned up after themselves and worked from the moment they arrived every day to the moment they cleaned up to leave. But their skill level and mastery of their craft just wasn't there. We will have to get pretty much all of their work fixed or redone - except for the pre-fabricated cabinets and granite countertops that were installed by a third party.

From start to finish KER Remodeling was a pleasure to deal with. Craig and his crew are very professional, punctual, personable, and knowledgeable. They explained things to me throughout the process and really truly made me feel comfortable knowing they were taking the time to make my kitchen turn out perfect. Craig isn't going to be happy with the job unless you the customer are happy. Believe it or not they actually finished a little ahead of schedule which is unheard of in this line of work. They finished so fast because they made my kitchen their priority, not just some side job. Craig and his crew will start early and work throughout the day. After the kitchen was completed I noticed a couple small things, all I did was call Craig, he and his crew came back out and fixed it right away. Once again saying to me, they aren't happy unless I'm happy. KER Remodeling definitely has a customer for life. If you want to feel like your contractor has your best interest at heart and want to be happy with the end results call KER Remodeling, I promise you will be happy you did.

KER was to gut 2 bathrooms and build 2 new. Well he started great and ended lousey. Fixtures were not connected properly. Groyt was left on tiles along with grout sealer that we are still trying to remove. One shower had a custom shower pan and water pools at one end. Part of the job was to paint I won't say the painting was horrible there were just spots missed ceiling paint ended up on the walls and vice versa. Paint spots were left on hardwood floors in the Mbr and hall. One mirror was scratched and plumbing fixtures were loose. There is more but I'm to upset to keep writing. Watch out if you hire Kraig won't get what you pay for.

Instructions on the grout specifically say to use the additive I provided instead of water. Instructions were not followed. When they ran out of grout and went to pull another bag, they pulled it from another stack of materials (meant for the floor tile job) and see that, thereby combining a light grey grout with the white they started with. Put the shower knob on backwards and never fully cleaned the grout from the tile. I had to stain the grout back to white and have spent hours cleaning the last bit of grout from the tile. Looks beautiful in pictures, but I can see lots of issues which I have fixed. Funny that they said the grout was self sealing, which is why they didn't stick around to fully clean and seal it. In talking with e Tile Shop (which was where I was directed to by the materials, so not sure why they didn't know the proper instructions) if you don't use the additive and use water instead, it's not self sealing. So I had to do that too. But I saved $14 when I was able to return the additive. Yeah!

It's been about a year since Kraig and his team installed a new bathroom in my basement. Overall, we are VERY satisfied with the work he and his team did. Kraig installed a brand new bathroom in our basement that consisted of installing running water lines; drywall, toilet, sink, shower, and closet. He also patched several areas of drywall throughout the basement. Customer Service - Kraig and his team were incredibly attentive and open to our ideas. Kraig talked me through the entire process and eased any concerns I had with creating a bathroom from scratch. EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Value - Kraig kept everything within budget and gave us a very competitive price. In addition to the bathroom and wall patches, he offered to lay new vinyl flooring in our adjacent laundry room at no extra charge. EXCELLENT value. Quality of work - I was, and still am, impressed with the quality of work. Guests jaws drop at how nice our bathroom looks. The only reason why I would not rate the quality 5 stars was a few occasions it seemed like the project was being rushed at the cost of quality. There is still some grout that probably should have been cleaned off our shower tile. There is a small crack in the grout on the floor. Kraig and his team had come out a second time to attempt and fix which I definitely appreciated, however the crack remains. Fortunately we keep a bath mat over it. Our shower valve appeared to be installed upside down ('H' and 'C' were upside down). However, before closing the job Kraig figured out how to fix the problem. And we had to ask that certain areas be repainted. Overall, GREAT quality of work. My only suggestion to the home owner is to keep regular tabs on how the project is progressing. Kraig was always willing go over the progression and discuss any concern. I would definitely hire Kraig and his team again and would recommend you do the same!!

KER Remodeling has been exceptional. Kraig, the owner, has gone above and beyond in everything with our projects from beginning and nearing the end. They are building us a custom master bathroom. Making one big room, into two smaller bedrooms. Changing our doors. Installing a new front door and storm doors on enclosed patio along with painting the whole house. I'm sure I left out something. The work is currently in progress but it's exceptional. Kraig and his guys are some of the nicest and trustworthy people I have met. Kraig contacts me daily to let me know what's going on and the progress to expect. We are on time with finishing and the price I am paying for the quality of work is well worth it and within our budget. What makes KER stand out to me, is how Kraig goes above and beyond. He has done more things for us in the last few weeks that is not in the scope of the contract. He saved our home from being flooded by noticing a leaking water heater. Took it upon himself to clean it up for us, call the manufacture to find out it was recalled, and took it to Home Depot and negotiated a deal for us to get a new one. He adds in a lot of extras along the way, like fixing my wood trim, reinstalling a microwave that was put in wrong, and fixing crown molding on cabinets. Along with other odds and ends he didn't have to do but did. He is an honest. Reliable and fair contractor and I will be calling him back in the spring to make an enclosed patio an all season room. I won't look anywhere else for any work from this point forward.

KER did two bathrooms for us. One involved installing a custom shower and one was a total redo. All work was completed in the timeframe expected. Kraig, the owner, met with us daily to go over the progress and the day's expectations. Any concerns were addressed immediately and all processes were explained thoroughly. The budget was kept to & we are very pleased with the work. After the bathrooms were completed we hired KER do a front porch for us which also turned out wonderfully.

Kraig is punctual, does what he says, accommodating, honest, and stays on schedule. He always returns calls promptly, a nice guy to work with, trustworthy, and dependable. I will continue to use them for other projects and I would recommend this company.

Kraig is great to work with. Came back after the job was done to touch up a small area and was great with tile work. Very quick, didn't drag out the job or ask for more money at the end.

very accommodating to changes being made on day to day basis. workers are all very friendly and extremely polite. they show up on time everyday prepared to work. company owner works along side his crew putting in as much hard work as they do

Took out 2 walls on my first level to open up house and enlarge the kitchen. Gutted old layout and performed all new framing and drywall work for new layout. Demoed our old laminate floors and did an awesome job installing new hardwood floors. Was able to handle ad-hoc additional requests for work that came up and came up with very fair prices on the house. Additional work included, installing new window, installing batt anf loose insulation, and jacking up the house to fix a pre exisiting condiiton. He and his team worked with great energy, communiction and speed. New bath plumbing run..

I was very happy with Mr Rebstock and the work he did for me . At one point in the middle of the project I had a change of mind on the type of tile I wanted he had no problem changing the plans and giving me what I wanted. The job was done in a timely fashion and turned out exactly how I had pictured it. Now my wife has the garden bath that she`s always wanted. Lou R.

I have had this pro handle many projects for me up to replacing my roof, remodeling my kitchen, general fix-up handyman projects. I am a single female and I trust him with his price, his time, and his quality of work. This is very qualified, cost sensitive, and trustworthy. Took half of wall out in my kitchen put new cabinets countertops in and looks very professional did awesome work me and wife couldn't be happier with the results I highly recommend this company

Hired them for a 20 x 14 sunroom. What was impressive was they quoted me 6 weeks and finished right on time. They never missed a day unless it was because of weather. Its important to have a contractor that wants to work and that you can trust. There were no issues with KER on showing up or excuses. Very nice work and reliable... I would recommend to anyone if asked.
