KET Home Services was nothing less than amazing to work with. KET, was the last of the 3 companies that came to go over the project with me. KET was the only company that made me feel comfortable about the overall project, meeting realistic expectations and all within my budget. Ken the owner, went out of his way to make sure all my expectations were met, including follow up calls. There was never a doubt that what I was promissed would not be met. Ken's knowledge and speculations over the phone proved to be 100% accurate when came out and worked on our A/C system. He had the patience to do the hard, dirty part of the job. The squirrel cage fan and coils had not been cleaned for 29 years, evident by plaster dust from the construction of our home. Ken patiently went inside and removed hands full of matted crud so air could flow freely and the system could cool properly. We saw his integrity in doing the tedious work without just trying to sell us a profitable new system, as another had in the past. We also invited his bid to upgrade the interior coils to balance the capacity of the outside coils to improve cooling performance. He exceeded our expectations and we give him a high recommendation.

"Unit was low on freon and service caps were loose, explained to customer that this was probably the problem (99.99% sure). i explained that I cannot be 100% sure and was best to charge unit and wait. Finding leaks can be a daunting and expensive job especially if you have already fixed it. Never heard back from them that it didn't work!!!"
