Unbelieveably great service! Khos was able to schedule an appointment for me within hours. He replaced a sprinkler head AND checked out my whole Rain Bird sprinkler system. PLUS, he showed me how to work it. (In 15 years no one had done that before). I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company.

I needed an experienced irrigation technician and Khos fit the bill. He showed up in the allotted time frame, and fixed my leak in an hours time, even though the location was difficult. He had everything he need on the truck, and even gave me pointers on how to do a self repair. For the money, I will just let K & F do the job.

Owner/technician was very accomodating of my schedule and came to fix sprinkler head very quickly.

$350 for a wiring problem. 4 hours. System still doesn?t work properly. I had to stop the bleeding. I?ll try to repair myself. I can?t afford a 1 person ?team? to do work that needs 2. $90/hr. Sheesh.

The owner followed up twice to make sure that everything was current. Owner did everything that he told me he was going to do.

I needed help on learning my sprinkler system and how to program. They first tried to help me over the phone so I didn't have to pay someone to come out just for that, but then I realized I had some problems with the system so I scheduled them. They found and replaced the heads that were damaged. I also had them install a drip system around the foundation of my home, so hopefully that will help it from moving in this dry weather. They attached that to the existing sprinkler system and have it programmed to come on automatically. The customer service was great and work done quickly and efficiently.

Original person couldn't make it, so K & F sent in another crew for my appointment. They were great, found/replaced broken sprinkler heads and even found where a previous contractor had cut through the sprinkler line. They fixed everything and at a reasonable price.
