Good job. Minor issues.

Actually returned my call!!! Two others didn't. Could hardly believe Kevin came all the way up from Springfield in the cold! Very professional, polite, it is a dirty job but didn't make a mess. Reasonable price. Said I didn't need to have chimney cleaned for two years...could have said "come back next year". I appreceated the honesty. Will call them back...and refer them to others I know.

Kevin and Steve were very nice to deal with and very professional. They did a great job repairing my fireplace and the price was very reasonable.

I requested a cleaning and inspection . The worker said they were very clean and didn't need cleaning. The chimneys are 50 years old but had little use. He was honest about the condition and saved me money.

The technician cleaned two of our fireplaces. He was very courteous and took his time doing the job to ensure that it was done properly. Well worth the wait because it took a while to do. I appreciate that they were flexible with my last-minute schedule and really did do a great job. I really appreciate it!

Repair turned out to be a much bigger job than was visible and quoted,. They stayed extremely late to finish it up and the extra cost was very reasonable considering the amount of extra work. Very polite and knowledgeable and cleaned up entire area all the way out the door.

Showed up on time. Was polite and informative on each step of the process. Cleaned up after the chimney sweeping was complete. Gave honest feedback as to the condition of our chimney. Charged the price that was quoted. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking services for Chimney or Fireplace cleaning and inspecting.

Showed up 20 minutes before the scheduled time which was perfect. Showed him where the fire place was and he was done within a little under an hour. After the cleaning he explained what he found and what I'll need to have done and scheduled me for an estimate on it. Price for the cleaning was fair and the same as others in the area. Will definitely be doing business with them again. Great company and very very respectful.
