We sought multiple bids for this two story house, multiple decks and fence exterior painting project, but when I received Kevin's bid, I knew he and his team were the right people for us. First, he was the only one to showed up when he said he would at our mutually agreed to date and time. Second, his estimate was the only clear and detailed estimate and subsequent contract we received. He listened to what we said we wanted done and everything we wanted done was reflected in his bid estimate. The others were late or they changed dates and times for our meeting to receive a bid. They also didn't include everything we requested in the bid. As for the quality of the job performed by his team . . . OUTSTANDING in every way. I honestly believe our home looks better than the day we finished building it years ago. Friends have commented stating the same thing! Who knew a great paint job could have that kind of impact. I'd like to give a special shout-out to the team member who did the taping prior to the painting because it resulted in nice sharp contrasting straight-edges between colors. Really fantastic. The crew arrived to start the work when Kevin indicated they would be here and finished the entire job in 3 days. They are early to start and they work late to take advantage of the daylight and better weather days. At the end of the job, they cleared all evidence that they were ever here - - no tarps, plastics, tape, garbage, etc. left behind. Superior job on clean-up after the paint job. If you are looking for an honest and highly competitive contractor with a hardworking and detailed-oriented crew, KG Construction is your team. In the fall, we will be bringing them back to do some inside painting for us. We would have had them continue after the exterior job was completed, but during the late spring and summertime they concentrate on exterior painting to take advantage of the better weather. Trust me, if you use them, you will not be disappointed.

Having KG Construction paint the exterior of our 3-story house and multiple decks was a wonderful experience, and restored my faith in home construction companies. I was really nervous, but Kevin always let me know what was happening and when. The painters were lovely people who worked steadily and produced a great result. They even completed details that I wouldn't think were worthy of the effort, but our house looks better for it! I wish I could post before and after photos here. I'm in love with our house all over again. I'd hire KG Construction again in a heartbeat!

They showed up every day on time. Reasonably priced. Some of the finish work wasn’t as good as I expected but overall very satisfied. We would definitely hire them again!

Got the job done quicker than expected.

We had a flood disaster due to a pipe breaking. After the flood remediation company ripped up walls and carpeting to dry out the place, we hired Kevin company to put the house back together. It was a big job, and they did a great job... fast, and beautiful work. They are definitely the first place we would go for any future repairs.

I hired Kevin's company to paint the exterior wall of my house. They completed the project in three days and I am very satisfied with their work. It looks like I just move into a new house.
