Jeff was my inspector, and i highly recommend these guys. He took time to explain everything during the inspection and explained what my report would tell me. Not only was the inspection well done, it was also the cheapest quote that i got. I know if i ever need an inspection done again, I'll be using these guys and i highly recommend that you use them also.

What impressed me about Jeff was his trustworthiness. I am purchasing a home in Alabama while I am stationed in Colorado. He was honest, professional and prompt. He did a through job, even though I was no where around. His top of the line inspection put me in a much better position to renegotiate the purchase price of the home. He also gave a great starting point for budgeting the renovations needed. For me, the fact that he treated me like I was right there makes all the difference. I would highly recommend him for the price, and most importantly the quality of service.

I am a Realtor and my client got busy and forgot to schedule a home inspection and their due diligence period was about to run out. I had them call several inspectors who could not come out for about a week. They then called KGM on a Sunday and explained the situation and Jeff came out within the hour Sunday afternoon and did the inspection since he also was booked for the following week. Jeff said that even though he can not always be available on such quick notice he understood our situation was glad to help. Now he is definitely on the top of my list of inspectors that my Brokerage firm passes out to clients.Very thorough and detailed inspection report with pictures. I would highly recommend.
