Excellent customer service on our 20 unit HOA (4.5 stories tall). Some crew missed their mistakes but John Lemes was great at having them come back to address.

5+ Room Interior Painting or Staining
This is an update to a previous negative review that was previously left on Home Advisor. They did a good job painting. A very minor complaint was that some of the windows needed to use a razor knife to open once dried. The major complaint that I had was with a subcontractor that was brought in to sand and refinish the hardwood floors. John has since rectified the problem. I believe him when he says that he will be responsible and will oversee anyone brought in to do any of the jobs. An honorable guy and may I say reasonably priced.

"Hi Mr. Bob: I'm sorry for the bad experience you had with Paulo. I don't know what happened, but as you asked me if I knew someone who worked with flooring, then I recommended Paulo, because he had already done some work for me and they did a very good job, the customers were very satisfied. I even showed some photos and videos of some of the works he had done for me and you said it was very good. I apologize for what happened but it was simply a recommendation of mine. I think that our painting work was good, we did more than what was in the contract, we painted the floors of your laundry and a room and we did not charge for it. when we finished everything i asked you to take a look to make sure everything was as you wanted. after you looked you thanked me saying that we had done a good job ! even tipped my guys."

Thank you John, Paolo and the rest of the crew. The team did a great job powerwashing and painting my entire house and my decks. They were incredibly nice, professional and efficient. I couldn't be happier and definitely plan to use them again for interior work later this year!

A great experience with K&G Painting. We had a fair amount of trim replacement which was well done, and a great paint job with an alternate brand they were happy to use. The crew was quiet, respectful and very tidy. And a most reasonable price, too. I would highly recommend.

We hired them for exterior painting work . Professional, efficient and courteous. Job well done. They took initiative to notice and fix issues which were not easily noticeable with no or minimum charge. Highly satisfied and would hire them again for future projects.

The team was fast and efficient. The finished product was great and the team did a nice job cleaning up the site at the end of everyday. John was great at communicating everything to me and keeping me in the loop on next steps and progress. Would highly recommend them for any painting needs!

Exterior painting job. We started with a prompt estimate. When the work was done, three guys with very tall ladders did an extremely efficient and thorough job of scraping, sanding, priming and painting. They cleaned up nicely, and were very polite. We were very pleased with the work and would recommend them highly.

K & G was among four painting contractors that provided estimates for the job painting my house, decks and shed. The price quoted by K & G was the lowest, in some cases by several thousand dollars. I chose them because they were a local contractor, were reasonably priced, and had several very positive reviews. The painters were polite, cleaned up thoroughly everyday, and responded well to my questions and requests. The overall job was very professional and I could not be more pleased. I have already received compliments from my neighbors on the wonderful new appearance of my home! I would highly recommend K & G Painting and would not hestitate to use them again.
