KG Paving Corp.

Beware!!! I hired KG Paving to replace a driveway and retaining wall with some grading (16k+ job) because of their great reviews. Parts of the work were done well and parts of it were not, but I gave them a pass because of their effort to resolve the issue, even though it was t done to satisfaction. The work concluded in October 2021, but over the past many months, the drain they installed has proven to be inadequate. We contacted them about 2 to 3 weeks ago after realizing that this drain must be changed and had an initial conversation with Kenny where he falsely claimed that they offered me a quote with a bigger drain that I turned down. The truth is that they never offered me anything bigger and said at the time it would be adequate even though I raised concerns after seeing the size of the drain in person before installation. Also, the offer he claims to have made was never made and was not reflected on the initial or the final quote after changes were made to include grading. Since this initial conversation, they have not returned our calls or responded to emails and appear unwilling to resolve the issue, despite the work being under a 1year warranty. We were willing to come to an amicable resolution to resolve the issue, but now they have forced us to take continued action against them. Connor who I worked with last year has left the company and might be the reason for the drop in service. Beware!!!

I was not satisfied with the initial work completed in May 2021. I notified the project manager, Connor. They were apparently very busy because we had to call the office to request a fix. After a couple more weeks, a couple of workers arrived to fix the problems. When they finished, the patio looked wet. It was a rainy day but they assured us that it would dry properly. It did not. My patio has patchy spots that look wet. I called the office on June 30 but as of July 28, 2021, I have no resolution. Before making your final payment for services performed, ensure that you are completely satisfied. Better yet, hire a more reliable company.

I had been looking for someone to add a patio in my backyard for a while and was amazed at how many companies wouldn't even show up to give me a quote. I spoke with Kenny and his upbeat positive attitude was just awesome. He quickly gave me a great quote and his team was able to get to work in no time for the price I was hoping to find. They did a great job prepping the area before hand, as well as the cleanup afterwards. The final product was exactly what I wanted! Cannot recommend KG Paving enough. I'll be needing a new driveway and will be calling them again for sure. A+

Had tree roots that cracked part of our driveway. They were able to tear the tree down, remove the roots and lay new concrete. All work was perfect and they were great communicating throughout the entire process.

From the first moment I contacted KG Paving I knew they were going to be amazing. Jennifer helped me get a quote for our concrete sidewalk right away while other companies left me hanging for days. Once we received the quote, we were able to work on the project right away. Kenny and his team came out and made sure we understood everything they were planning on doing. They made the experience quick and easy and I appreciated their customer service. Would definitely recommend them to our friends.

Kenny and his team were amazing!! They went way above and beyond to help us not only build an amazing patio, but also help us coordinate additional landscaping work. They were honest, reliable, fair priced and overall just really good people! I would highly recommend this team and am already planning our next project!!! â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸

Great job, attention to details and excellent cleanup!

Kenny and George are very easy to talk to and are willing to meet your needs!

Kenny and George (KG) are two outstanding individuals. They know what they are talking about and they are always available. Our Home Owners Association had major cracking and drainage issues with our asphalt road and gutter curbing. They made an assessment of the problem and recommended solutions that allowed us to stay within our budget. They handled everything including the asphalt paving, gutter curbing and even the driveway pavers that had to be realigned as a result of the curbing work. Their "one stop" approach for the customer is unique in this business. Kenny and George are two young guys that are well educated and most importantly are hungry entrepreneurs. They are customer oriented, reasonably priced and above all very conscience of providing a quality product. They are a new company in the Atlanta area. Based on our experience their competitors should be worried.

Extremely professional. Worked around my needs to get the job done.

George and Kenny were great to work with and had reasonable pricing. They are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. Their customers come first and they are always in communication with their customer. I will definitely work with them again.
