Ken Gabel's customer service is first class. My roof repair needs were very small, but KG treated it as extremely important. After learning of potential storms that night, Ken came out at 8.00 PM to perform the repairs, without a premium emergency service charge. I wholeheartedly recommend KG Services without reservation.

Ken replaced the several shingles that were a bit tattered and blown out of place. Then he checked the rest of the roof for problems. Good feeling to know the roof over our head is now ready for Texas weather. Passed his card to my neighbor whose roof also needs a bit of work. Good job Ken.

Ken helped me and worked with my insurance company to make sure my claim was accepted for repairs we desperately needed. Ken met with my claims person during inspection/discovery and made sure I was able to get upgrades as well. Ken was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my questions. His crew was on time, courteous, and the cleanup was spotless! I highly recommend KG Services. My roof is absolutely beautiful. We will be using him again for contract work in the near future.

Actually, upon his inspection, no work was needed. Ken drove all the way to the house. He also provided advice on how to repair my sprinkler. He refused to charge a service fee. Ken responded promptly to my home advisor inquiry and followed up with a text. He also texted an hour before arrival. Refreshing to find such an honest professional. Thank you!
