I would not recommend him to an enemy! He must not have a license or he would have gotten the permit I requested. I paid him $120 for the permit and he said there was no need for the inspection! He did not clean up after the work was done, which took two days, a week apart, but he also did not run a new wire to my porch fan/light. I had that done later by another firm which cost another $200. I sent emails asking him to at least return the money for the permit, but he hasn't replied. I feel this review is necessary to keep other clients from being taken advantage of. He also did damage to the house which he did not repair.
