Gave a price -came out to start, claimed a tool broke and he would be back. Didn't even have the courtesy to say he wouldn't be back. Never called or showed up again.

K H Handy returned my initial call promptly. Came out to estimate job the next morning. Although the job is going to be a much more involved project than he does, he did help us find several other prospects to call, We are very impresses, and hired him on the spot for another project, as he is talented in many areas of home repair. Also, he is very fair honest, and cleans up his mess, we are very happy to have found him.

Scheduled on a Friday, came on a Monday. Arrived on time, knowledgeable, capable, customer oriented, finished job quickly. Replaced very old utility faucet. Advised us on metal drainage pipe which are notorious for rotting from the inside out. PVC pipe widey used in such applications today. Did not overstate his abilities. Chatted for 10 minutes after finishing the job; personable.
