My senior mom has a well and she called me to say that there was water pouring out from the good area and she was concerned that she had a busted water pump. We immediately called Kenny whose business we had used more than 5 years ago. We were initially told that he would not be able to come out until two days later because he was so busy which also meant that my mom would be without water for two days since she would have to turn the water off. However, Kenny called my mom that same evening and said he would be there around 9:00 pm that night. He arrived at that time and worked until the job was complete at around 1:00 in the morning. It turned out that the problem was a busted pipe that broke and he even had to leave and go back to his office to get a part and still completed the work by 1:00 am. I am once again so very impressed with his work ethic and professionalism! I have dealt with other plumbers and his charges are the most reasonable that I have found anywhere. Kenny and his team were prompt, professional and competitively priced. I was in the middle of a bathroom remodel and my schedule was a bit inflexible. He and his team added some faucets and rerouted some of my drain system. I felt they were very adaptive and quick to meet my schedule needs and did not charge extra for it. Kenny himself, and his home office were quick to respond to my call and very courteous. I would recommend them and I will use them in the future.

Mr. Harris(no relation) made house call and fixed the leaking valve to shut off the water supply to my outside facet at no charge for the work or travel.

It was a hard job but Kenny got it done in a timely matter and even cleaned up afterwards.

Ken showed up on time asset the problem very quickly. He found out that the power to the sump pump was off and he unplugged it and plugged it back in and it started to work again. Problem solved! He did not charge for the visit and for that reason alone I will do business with KHarris plumbing again in the future. Thank you.
