The tech Ryan called that he could be at my house earlier than the time I had been given. He was right on time. Ryan was neat and very professional. He double checked to make sure that the problem I called for was exactly what was needed to be done.

Everything was done fine. Quick response time, showed up at time stated, explained service and cost in detail, made good suggestions, there were no surprises, work was done neatly, very considerate of your house using drop cloths and shoe covers where needed. Dealt with the owner which is always good. Cost was inline with other quotes I got.

Their Technician Norbey was great! I'll probably have them back to complete some larger jobs.

From my first contact to the signing off of the completed work, I was impressed with the professionalism of K. Hoeler's employees. The people I talked to or met were knowledgeable, courteous, flexible and kept their promises. They delivered, set-up, tested and completed the installation of the new boiler in the time frame they gave me. I was very satisfied with K. Excellent work of high quality, delivered with great courtesy and professionalism. Work was very tidy with great clean up done afterward.

Good work at a good price. I had two concerns: 1) a few joists were drilled below two inches (therefore weakening them) ... in order to get a long section of new pipes in there. this could have instead been done in sections ... which would have had less damage to the joists. 2) the new laundry sink is hard plumbed to the concrete wall making it difficult to finish the laundry room as I had mentioned.

The replacement was much more difficult than intended, but other team members quickly came to assist. I appreciated how Norbey was considerate of my home and explained all the issues he encounter. I also appreciated the fair additional price they charged me.

Will recommend to anybody and everybody who needs plumbing service to this company.
