I found New Project Deal through Anji, and in the last year, completed a major condo renovation that included a kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and interior painting. I am very pleased with the final result. The transformation completely refreshed my dated condo, and I believe it was all well worth the investment. The project delivered true value, and the final cost was fair and competitive for the scope of work. The project management provided by Christian was greatly appreciated, too. Throughout the process, he was responsive and committed to keeping things moving forward, even though the project took longer than originally expected. Whenever I expressed a concern or had a question, Christian addressed it promptly and professionally. It was clear that his goal was 100% customer satisfaction. I truly appreciate the team's hard work and their help in bringing my vision for the space to life.

I would not recommend this company. I paid approximately $65,000 toward a whole-home remodel and an additional $8,000 in cash for a separate window project that was later canceled. My $8,000 has not been returned. Their crew also removed my refrigerator from my home. I never agreed that they could keep it. I was told it was being stored and would be returned, but it has not been returned despite repeated requests. My home was left incomplete and with numerous defects, including loose bathroom floor tile, missing baseboards, an unsecured vanity backsplash, uninstalled mirrors and lights, a light fixture hanging by electrical wires, a bathroom without properly functioning water, no shower door, bathtub damage, scratched floors, paint residue, concrete on my basement walls, and unfinished work throughout the home. Communication was extremely difficult. Deadlines repeatedly changed, direct questions were avoided, and they failed to provide a resolution regarding my money and refrigerator.

By far the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. They started early, finished on time and kept the lines of communication open throughout the entire project. My new kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. Top notch materials, top notch workmanship. Joe was very patient with my many questions and a real pleasure to work with. I've already hired them for two more projects. If you're thinking of hiring them do not hesitate.
