Jon is very professional and polite. He came right away when I called him. He submitted his estimates promptly and took care of all necessary steps to get my project going. He helped me to find an engineer and they will be at my property coming Friday.

Jon is professional, prompt, polite, and keeps you informed every step of the way. I had purchased my own sink and faucet and the sink was damaged when he took it out of the box. He immediately went and got me a good one and installed it. He didn't make me wait and schedule another install. He also had to replace some old valves, and did that right away as well. His office calls and lets you know what is happening every step of the way. Would absolutely her again. He is a gem.

They were very prompt in their return calls, and let me know when they were running late. It is unusual to have contractors be so respectful of your time. The price was extremely reasonable and they cleaned up afterward. I was very impressed.

I called at 5:30pm and they arrived by 8pm. They fixed a leak, replaced several corroded fixtures along with some pipes, and installed a new washing machine. They were professional, quick, and cleaned up the work area. I found the price to be very fair.

The men that came to do waste removal were courteous respectful and on time and cleaned up my area even more

The guy does great work--a little pricey.I was willing to pay the hourly rate to get a few odd jobs done which he agreed to. My complaint is the first day went great-he knows his stuff but after that it went downhill. He's been a no-show a couple times without calling and I'm still,a week or so later,waiting for him to come back and finish the work-again no explanation,no call,nothing. I guess at some point he'll just send me a bill-work unfinished.

Installed hot water tank and they were there - did ther job perfectly. Price was as quoted. Went out of their way to get the job done asap. Had to drive out of town to get proper tank at no extra cost to me. Kind and friendly and most importantly clean.

John went out of his way to accommodate my schedule to help unclog and repair my bathtub drain. He was on time and made a recommendation for repairing the stopper with a simple and inexpensive solution. His snake did leave a bit of residue on the bathroom tile but he did clean it up afterward. Would recommend he cover the floor with a drop cloth next time. Other than that, very satisfied with his service and will call again for other plumbing needs.

Jerry was fantastic. He was able to repair an expensive kitchen faucet rather than installing a brand new one.. He was prompt replying and inexpensive. I wold definitely not hesitate calling him again. 5 Stars!

I received a call from them literally while I was looking at home advisor's recommendations. The other two places I contacted did not respond. They were there the same day to give an estimate and completed the job the next day within two hours. I can't say anything about price because I had nothing with which to compare. As a side note, they happen to sell and service the same brand of water heater as my old one, which lasted 24 years. If this one lasts as long, it will be well worth the price. Very professional. Would recommend.

Make sure that they always come to work in time as scheduled. If they couldn't make it for the work at the scheduled time , they should at least give you a call in time for reschedule.

John was very professional and explained the whole process. He is very knowledgeable and I will certainly call upon him again.

Responded rapidly and respectfully provided necessary work and a few additional things that he noticed I needed. When I asked if he knew of a 'Handy Man' he asked what I needed and took care of it for what I would have tipped someone. I highly recommend this company and will retain their card for future work.

KJB contacted me within 2 minutes of posting my request on HomeAdvisor. When they showed up to quote the job, they were punctual, courteous, and professional. I had four companies review the job, and provided quotes. KJB's quote was the best, but that was not the reason I hired them. The other companies wanted to do more invasive work for the job (maybe to justify the extra cost). I hired them and they completed the job three days later (major holiday in between). The job was outstanding, completed quickly, and cleanup was excellent. I'd say more, but I'm out of space. Definite re-hire!
