My 94-year-old mother needed a deep clean service. She is unable to do most cleaning herself. Black orchid sent a crew of four to the house. We were very pleased with their work. They were extremely meticulous with everything they did. The crew was very kind to my mother, and she was very comfortable having them in the house. We will now be scheduling her cleanings monthly. Fantastic! The deep clean was for my elderly father’s home who hasn’t been able to properly clean his home in YEARS! Needless to say, the entire house was filled with choking dust and some things were absolutely filthy. 😱 But the Black Orchid crew that came really tackled the project and worked HARD! They scrubbed the littlest dirty detail to a sparkling shine. I really can’t recommend them enough! I took before and after pix and wish I could share. Most important to me was that the team is super professional and communicated well throughout the entire project; which was a huge all-day affair. When it was done, we couldn’t believe it was the same house. It was literally transformed! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you again Manny, Hayden, Esther and Carrina! We will hire them for ongoing maintenance and the prices are more than fair.

The quality of work was superb! The owner had great communication, was transparent with pricing, and flexible with my scheduling. I highly recommend Black Orchid Maids and will use them for all future cleaning .
