I have hired KJ Design to build both a deck and deck cover. Although I have given them more than half of the total price to get the ball rolling, the delays in permitting and now, weather have kept the job from progressing beyond punching 4 holes in the ground. I'm hopeful that Mr. Zimmerman will finish the project as soon as the snow melts, but for the moment, I'm stuck with wishing I had my covered deck..... If I were to offer a suggestion, it would be for Mr. Zimmerman to make routine calls to his clients, even when work is at a standstill. He's holding a nice chunk of my money and like any other client, I need some regular assurance that he is going to finish the job under the terms agreed....
