The owner Karl and his crew were very professional, timely and well organized . During the course of the installation of the gutters they were very neat, and even removed items that were not part of the contract. They word tirelessly not taking a break until the job was completed.

My initial contact with KJGR set the tone for my entire experience with the company. The office personnel was polite and thorough when she scheduled the appointment for my estimate. The marketing manager, Karl Lee, arrived promptly, was very conscientious of social distancing and assessed my concerns completely then offered me their best pricing. I appreciated the up front, open and honest professionalism of his salesmanship and the quality products and warranties. It made me start my happy dance moves, and the price sealed the deal. Then the real deal came with the quality and professional next day installation by installers, Nico and Navis. These guys were polite, no nonsense men that came in, assessed and reviewed the job order with me and got right to work. They assured that all my questions were answered and showed me progress pictures of areas that I could not see from the ground. Their work ethics were commendable and they ensured that the area was left in good repair and free of debris. I finished my happy dance!! Great job KJGR, LLC!!!ð

I recommend KJGR not because things went perfect, but rather when unforeseen things occurred Carl solved problems and wanted to make certain I was satisfied. For me, satisfied means excellent craftsmanship at a very competitive price done in a timely matter. For example, the quote KJGR provided was for a rental home I own that has deferred maintenance. After the work started it was clear there was some water damage that could only be discovered after removing the old gutters/soffit/fascia. They fixed the problem without additional cost to me. Additionally after the project was completed I decided I wanted to have vinyl/aluminum soffit/fascia rather than dealing with wood soffit/fascia for maintenance reasons. I had three other companies give me a quote to keep Carl honest and he gave me a very competitive deal. KJGR was timely, professional with very competitive pricing. I will use them again for future projects.
