I hired this company a few months back to clean my office building. I provided a detailed list of cleaning to be done on a bi-monthly basis. I noticed things were not being cleaned to any standard, and the cleaner would not let me know when she and her team were coming. When I checked the cameras, I saw that they spent less than 30 mins in my business, and they walked around spot sweeping, and that was it. No cleaning of the bathrooms/kitchen, offices, etc. I reported this and asked for a refund which she is not providing. She is also refusing to return the keys to my office building so she still has access to my building for over 2 weeks now. I am at the point where I will have the police retrieve my keys. Very unprofessional and want to let everyone know this is happening so you can be careful.
