Craig really knows concrete. They did everything they said they would do and more. I am very pleased with my basement studio with its new concrete floor, and resurfaced walls and new windows.. KJM Construction was hired by me (business manager, remodeling) to build a concrete step and six piers for a new front porch. Communication with Craig Murray (via email and by telephone) was very good and the crew worked within our schedule. After the forms were removed from the step, there was some honeycomb on the face and sides, however, the crew returned within a week to parge it. The final product was acceptable.

They arrived on time , were polite, did a very good job fixing my sidewalk and foundation and cleaned everything up when they were done. What more could you ask for? I was very pleased.

KJM Construction put in new concrete steps at my front door and a new concrete patio in my backyard. They are very professional and did excellent work. I will definitely use them again when the need arises. William Baptista

Mr. Murray answered my call promptly. He was very courteous and professional. He made an appointment to assess the project within a week and started work exactly on time. He explained the problem and discussed possible solutions and alternatives. He did not try to get additional, unnecessary work done, as the other two contractors. He finished the work in about the time estimated. When done, his crew left everything spotless, so much so that you could hardly tell what was done. The landscape was essentially undisturbed. The work was flawless. At this early point it seems the problem has been resolved.

Excellent communication, easy to work with. The work was done in a timely manner, on time, as promised. Very satisfied with the final product.
