Was very flexibile, prompt and thorough in the cleaning and care of the carpet. Although one areas was overlooked, he unloaded all of the gear to go back and finish the job upon request.

Carpets very clean and when one area of traffic pattern proved difficult Mr. Moore went to truck to try another spot cleaner and started over on this area. The extra attention helped. Service was professional and because of ourcircumstances he needed to follow up more than once to make contact. Cost reasonable. Gave us an arrival time that was convenient for us and arrived as stated. Will definitely call again.

I got a feedback quote and contact info from KJM within one hour of my request! The price was very reasonable, and Daryl immediately responded by getting the job done the very next morning. He did a stellar job removing all carpet stains (and we had quite a few) and thoroughly cleaning all rooms. I would highly recommend KJM!
