They need to be monitored very closely. There are two, wife works with him. They do not work to a schedule, i.e., start in the late afternoon working into the night. They brought their dog with them snd on one occasion; they brought their small child. I assumed the woman was his wife. I could not supervise their work as I am confined to my bed. The resulting ramp was excellent; my evaluation= Excellent work, poor discipline. I would be concerned if I had a job that was closely timed for completion.

Jeremy and Jenny did quality work reframing and painting my sliding patio door. They also removed and replaced rotted wood siding from my garage. Every thing looks good as new. Hard workers at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended to all!

Hired Jeremy and replace and paint our exterior trim. He did a fantastic job with both. He also mentioned that it wouldn’t be a bad idea to repair our gutters so they would be flush with the house. He was able to do the job for half of what I was quoted from other companies. All around, I was very pleased with the results and would definitely look to hire again with other projects!

I am an out of state landlord and have used Jeremy twice in a span of a week. One for plumbing maintenance and the other for an emergency plumbing leak. I cannot say anything negative about the quality of work. I believe he knows what he is doing and that he cares about his work. Unfortunately, I had to deduct one star for value and another for lack of communication. I was hoping to save some money by using an independent and unlicensed handyman but I found that the pricing to be pretty close or more than licensed contractors. For instance, $675 to replace 4 stop valves...there is no value here. The second-star deduction comes down to communication. When I asked how much per stop valve replacement, it was $150 each. So I was expecting $600 in total. He failed to say that was for labor only. The second time I had to use Jeremy was for an emergency. I called several plumbers to come to stop the leak but they were all too busy so Jeremy got there first. He stopped the leak inside the wall, replaced at-joint, replaced the drywall and trim, painted, etc. So he did the job and it looks good from the pictures. However, after he stopped the leak, I was unable to get an estimate from him on the damage remediation repair. If he was able to communicate to me how much I was looking at in total cost of repair, I would have paid him for the demo and stopping the leak and then went through insurance to get a licensed contractor and would have actually SAVED money since his pricing was more than my deductible. For these reasons, I will not be able to use Jeremy again for any of my properties. To be clear, this is not about the quality of work. Just make sure you get a clear and written estimate upfront for parts and labor and of course shop around if you have the time.

Can't say enough good things about Jeremy! Not only did he update all of our outlets but he was able to fix our ceiling fan and fixed the upstairs toilet tank too. He and Jenny make a great team, professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Definitely saving this number in my contact list!

Jeremy did a fantastic job fixing my drywall. i didnt think it could look normal. sure enough looks like it never happend. He was friendly and the quality of work is very good. Fixed it the same day he came out to see it.

He did a great job to fix cracks in stucco , pained it and painted wood trim . He cleaned after the job . Jeremy was very polite , came on time .
