Leonard arrived on time and found the source of my problem quickly and more importantly advised me on how to correct it if it ever happens again. He then checked over my unit I was having issues with to make sure there were no other issues.

Being out of state at time of A/C problem. Called Brett and he had a tech in area and sent him within a 1/2 hour. Problem was found and repaired immediately. This was on a Saturday of a holiday weekend so that says a lot about KJ's. Highly recommend to anyone with HVAC needs.

Got e a new unit quickly so I could keep my business open

Bret was terrific! My mother's A/C was going out (off and on) so I scheduled an appt. on line and Bret returned my call immediately and came out the same day to estimate the situation. He was prompt, courteous and handled the replacement within two days. Others that I called could not help for several days! This was early July I might add. His estimate was very reasonable and the crew was on site very early that day and completed the replacement in a little over two hours! I would recommend KJ's to anyone in need of this type of service. Thank you again Bret and to your crew. Great job!!

Was prompt, courteous and completed the job efficiently

Brett responded to my request on home advisor within an hour or so of submitting it. He was able to come out the next morning. He was very professional and friendly. I told him over the phone that there was a vibration in my Trane heat pump since installation and other AC maintenance companies jut tried to mask the vibration rather than get to the root cause. He said that he had encountered the problem previously and looked forward to addressing it. Turned out that the problem is inherent with this vintage of Trane unit. My unit was not cooling properly and he determined that there is some minute leak somewhere and he wanted to charge the system to 600psi to help locate the leak but the system couldn't be run for 2 days while performing the test. I looked back over electric bills since 2014 and saw where the kWh usage has increased year over year. I asked him if we could charge it and wait until fall to do the leak test so my wife won't be discomforted over the 2 days and he said yes. The unit too 3 pounds of Freon for a system that has a full charge of 11 pounds. He said that will probably get me through the summer and we can address the leak in the fall. I am very happy with Brett's service and would recommend him to anyone I know who needs AC service. Thanks Brett!

KJ's came out to service my central AC. They ran diagnostics, found I needed a new capacitor, and replaced it for a fair price. I would recommend this company for any AC repair or maintenance work.
