Complete Home Inspection
Kevin is great! Right off the bet when I first met him I know he will do a great job. First impression is everything. He spent long hours at the property being a big house, and wrote me a detailed 90 page report! I am a broker/flipper out of state so I am very familiar with residential constructions but Kevinâ s report is impressive! He noted multiple things that my husband and I did not notice. Great guy, great service with a great price. I will hire him again if I decided to buy in the area!

Kevin did a very thorough job. Gave us the basic info we needed before leaving and got the full report the following day. That is great and fast work on his part. Easy to understand what he is talking about when explaining things. No stone was unturned with his inspection. Great Job! Would recommend him to anyone that needs inspections done.

I live in California. I hired him to inspect a home in Wisconsin. My sister had to handle it for me there. She was very comfortable with Kevin and very impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness in his work. He has also offered to meet up with me when I get back there again to review his findings. I am very impressed and would highly recommend his services to anyone.

This is our first time buying a house and my husband and I are very new to this. Working with kevin was so very easy and put us completely at ease. Kevin is very easy going to be around and straight forward with all our issues and what needed to be done and could be better. Also he had no issues understand my children screaming at the me in the background lol. Would very much recommend them to anyone who is looking also will be using them again if and when I'm needing any other inspections done . Thank you again so much kevin

Inspection Roofing
Kevin discussed during the inspection the specific areas of the roof to monitor as a home owner for preventive maintenance. Following the inspection I promptly received a thorough inspection report which contained the necessary information I needed to address some concerns with my recently completed roof replacement.
