Detailed home inspection ended with final observation that the water supply line was lead. This (thankfully) derailed our purchase, but much time could have been saved if that was one of the first things on the check list.

John was a very nice guy he explained to us as we went along what he was looking for, pointing things out and telling us what we should be looking for. John has a great personality and easy to talk to, we would recommend him and we would use him again.

Overall a very good experience. John walked me through everything that he was doing and explained items that will need to be watched and maintained regularly, how to do so, what to look out for, etc. I'd highly recommend to anyone who is a new homebuyer and wanting a good explanation of the work that you'll be doing on your future purchase. John's experience and expertise in construction and contracting really shines through. Make sure to ask questions if you're unsure and John is more than likely to know a good answer!
