KJ Works Plumbing, LLC

I hate to be the naysayer in the group! I spend $4111.00 with KJ Works and Jon Hart. He put in a new water softener. Provided no training on the system and said it would soften the water which according to him was the highest hard water he had ever seen. 4 months after installation I woke up one morning to no water. Since he is supposedly a plumber, I called him. He called me back and never came to visit me or the system and diagnosed it as a "well problem" and something he couldn't fix! Again, he did this WITHOUT visiting the site where he installed the system. I called a local plumbing company (not a city plumber but a country plumber!) who not only diagnosed the simple problem over the phone but instructed me on how to fix it - - at no cost. The results - I terminated my relationship with Jon and KJ Works plumbing as they didn't even care enough to service something they sell - let alone visit and diagnose the problem. Apparently more interested in getting the install business vs. a long-term relationship. Oh, I got another company to handle the service on the water softener system and the company that helped me over the phone and really helped instead of blowing me off got my business instead of KJ Works. If he doesn't care enough to help a disabled Veteran fix something he installed - then he doesn't deserve my business and I won't recommend him any longer to anyone. Stay away! If it's small and local to him he probably would do okay but if he thinks it's a well problem without even looking at his own install then he is less than professional and FAR FAR from customer-service oriented.
