= They don't fill out an estimate, they visually give you a price. = They never used a water extractor, they used 4 blowers which took around 3 days. = They said they would provide a receipt but never received one. = They ruined my carpet which he reimbursed me 25% of the total.

He confirmed my suspicions that I had a toxic mold problem in my cabin and was able to tell me what was salvageable and what was not. Within a few days he was able to clean out the affected areas, including dry wall and insulation. From the moment he set up the "air scrubber", I could smell a VAST improvement in the air quality. He's been a great resource on how to care for what I could salvage and he hauled off what I couldn't as well as taking the time to answer my many questions.. He's made recommendations on re-winterizing the cabin and how to avoid this situation in the future. Thank you (Home Advisor) for this referral.
