Fixed Generator - Repair
They were knowledgeable, polite, on time, explained what they would do and cleaned area when finished. Everyone from the front office to the electricians themselves are superb with customer service and satisfaction their goal. We will never need to look for an electrician again as they can handle anything from simple (fixing a closet light fixture) to generator repair and maintenance. Highly recommend.

$125 per hour. 1 hour 20 minutes still gets billed for the full hour and was billed $250 + materials.

They fixed my exhaust fan/light switch with no problem. However the doorbell still doesn t work. They recommended I get a new transformer for the doorbell. When I replaced it, the doorbell still didn t work. I would love for them to come back out again and fix it!

Portable Generator - Install
I hired them to repair my generator, the tech new absolutely nothing about how a generator works. He told me that I needed to call a mechanic that he did not know what was wrong!!!!

Appliance (Smaller Size) Installation and Replacement
Their technician (Owen) for the Silver Spring area is proficient but seemingly unprofessional. He canceled an appointment without informing us or his supervisor. When he did come to our house, he was very brusque and did not install the garbage disposal properly, requiring him to come back out. When he came the second time, he did not even know why he was being sent out and needed to call in to find out what he had done wrong he first time. I would not use this company again.

The quality of the work performed by Owen was excellent. He was on-time, polite and efficient: showed & explained his work & answered all my questions. The customer service from Ginger was also excellent. She really took the time and patience to work with me and stayed in contact throughout the job. K&K is definitely my go to for all of my electrical needs.

I needed an electrician quickly and they were able to come out the very next day and did a fantastic job. They moved an outside outlet that had been burried nearly 60 years. They worked hard and did a very professional job. K&K is now my new go to electric company.

Courteous, prompt, addressed my issues and concerns and explained all the work to me after completion. The only minor complaint I had was that somehow my request for service got mixed up with another customer, and that slightly delayed my original estimate. Once that was sorted out, everything proceeded smoothly. Will call them again when I want to proceed with other projects.

Attic or Whole House Fan - Install
It has taken 4 appointments to get out attic fan installed and it still is not. Had them connect an exterior light and after they left, it is not working.
