3 days before Christmas, and our furnace went out. 8:00am the next morning they diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed within the hour. Fast, reliable, trustworthy and competitively priced. Yes, I plan on using these guys in the future.

Paul is the best A/C guy around. He so so responsive and knowledgeable about each part of the heating and cooling system. I would recommend this company to anyone, I have had nothing but great experiences.

Paul was one of the few contractors to respond (and respond to subsequent questions) to bid on a heat pump installation for my home. I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only was K&K responsive, their pricing was better than anyone else I contacted. I was able to get a better quality unit installed for less than what other companies had bid on lesser units. Paul, Tracy and Ron showed up on installation day on time and were very friendly and courteous. Paul had a small issue with the nuances of installing a heat pump versus a traditional a/c unit that seemed to threaten getting it completed that day. It was very hot that day and I was concerned that we may not have a/c. Paul stuck it out that afternoon and got the problem resolved, with a promise to come back and check that all is well later. I'm so impressed with K&K. It's sad to say, but a contractor that does exactly what they say they will do, on time and at a fair price, is such a rare thing. This is who K&K is; an honest contractor that delivers. I will definitely be contacting K&K in the future for HVAC needs and highly recommend them for any residential HVAC projects.

K&K were quick to get me an estimate on my AC installation. The quote was fair. They were prompt in getting the job scheduled. The installation was completed in the timeframe they said. My questions were answered. So far all is good.

K&K showed up just when they said they would (which is a considerable accomplishment for subcontractors!) performed the work efficiently and it is functioning well at this point. And at a reasonable price! My only slight downgrading is due to the fact that my tenant, who happens to be my kid, attempted to be very nice and helpful when they arrived, and was essentially ignored. I guess they didn’t know they needed to be nice to them, but that’s not the best reason to not speak to some who is offering you water and any kind of assistance at clearing or moving anything in your way. Still, I would recommend them and use them for any subsequent work I need done.

My AC went out unexpectedly. Paul gave me a estimate the day that I called! Gave me a great price, much cheaper than other companies. And did the installation within that same week. Everything works great! I Will definitely use him in the future!

Five stars is just not a high enough rating for this company, they are so friendly, helpful and more than fair priced. They saved us when our AC went out and the furnace not far behind, they were able to schedule us in within a week and a half. They did such a great job with installing our new AC and furnace, taking great care when moving things in and out of the house. Just great people and a great company, absolutely hassle free from start to finish!

Paul had the most competitive price by far and was very honest and professional. He and his team were punctual and efficient and Iâ m very satisfied with my new AC unit! I would absolutely recommend K&K.
