Did not get a permit to do work, did not install a pad under the a/c unit and was non responsive afterwards.

3 days before Christmas, and our furnace went out. 8:00am the next morning they diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed within the hour. Fast, reliable, trustworthy and competitively priced. Yes, I plan on using these guys in the future.
