KKID Remodeling offers our clients an economical repair option to avoid a costly rebuild. We specialize in deck repairs / staining, custom shelving, interior door / bifold repairs and installations, wainscoting, decorative trim molding, back splash tile, wall framing modifications, drywall repairs/painting, pressure washing, white PVC deck railing, ceilings under decks, water proofing decks, storm doors. Also, general handyman services, such as mounting TVs with concealing wires, bannisters and handrails, door jamb repairs, laminate flooring, composite stone, light fixture, wall switch replacement, ceiling fans and recessed lighting installation. With 30 years’ experience, we have gained broad knowledge in many job trades. We can offer design suggestions and cost saving ideas.

Kevin was able to listen and then give me options that would get me the results for which I was looking. His price was reasonable and his work was neat and well done. I am so pleased with the outcome, it is hard to expressed how wonderful everything worked out. He always made sure that I knew what stage of the job he was in and then he made sure that all of the resulting trash was removed, leaving nothing for me to clean when he finished.

Kevin was willing to come out and take on our strange project (we needed to troubleshoot our laundry area after purchasing a washer and dryer that was too big!). He came out to give us an estimate, then on the day of service, he went from Plan A to C to give us a workable solution. The only complaint is that he couldn't fully get our washer all the way back together, but I'd hire him again due to the creative work he did for us!
