DO THE RESEARCH AND KNOW THE PRODUCT BEFORE YOU BUY IT. I TOOK THEIR WORD ABOUT THE INSULATION, BUT THE AMOUNT INSTALLED WAS NOT ENOUGH TO DO WHAT WAS PRESENTED. I WILL HAVE TO HAVE SOMEONE TO ADD MORE INSULATION. MY AIR CONDITIONER RUNS CONSTANTLY, NOT COOLING MY HOME. MY ELECTRIC BILLS HAVE BEEN ENORMOUS. I HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES TO THE CONTRACTOR, NEVER ANSWERS OR RETURNS MY CALLS. HIS CREW DID A GOOD JOB INSTALLING THE PRODUCT (SPRAY FOAM IN WALLS AND ATTIC).

They were supposed to arrive at 9 am but they end up showing up at 3:45 pm with one roll of plastic. They did not put plastic on the floors, windows and did not cover up our log staircase or my appliances and the accent walls.so the foam got on all this! Their spray gun did not work 2/3rds of the time. The did very careless work. They did not even spray the right depth that we ask for. They left a very big mess. The following week the cleaning crew showed up and they did clean up the mess somewhat but did not get the foam off on all the windows, I had to do it myself. The owner threw the foam bags on our road and out on the property of our neighbors. We were at the point we were going to fire them and sue them but they said they would make it right so they came back which was the 14th day dealing with them and they brought one froth pack which was not enough to fix it. We just wanted to be done with them, so we paid them what we thought they deserve, but we will NOT use them again! We have had another company and many other people seen what they did and they said they have never seen a company do this bad of a job. They just did not care!

Other than the fact that that they showed up 30 minutes late without contacting me. the work was greatand the time it took them was short.

They were very competitive in their pricing and I would hire him again. He did everything he said he was going to do and was on top of everything throughout the project. The work was excellent, cleanup was well done and I was very impressed by the services I received.
