Over all I would say as of now I have no complaints. They also cleaned up when the job was done. They were very professional. They offer an extended warranty

They showed up on time and did quality work.

Eric worked with me since I needed a water heater replacement and was here at the time he said. Work was completed quickly and efficiently.

Everything was completed really well and quickly. They said the initial fee was going to be 25$ to come out and do the estimate; but after the work was completed, they charged up to 80$? They did an awesome job and I am definitely going to hire them again in the future, but the communication was a bit off regarding the price. Would recommend regardless!

Arrived early and replaced water tank. Excellent job!!

I don't give fives unless a contractor goes way beyond the expectations of the job. I bought a replacement water softener. They arrived when they said they would, finished the job promptly and completely and cleaned up fairly well. I'd ask for another quote for something like this again. If they were low bid, I'd hire them again.

Honest and nice to work with

After quote request, had a lengthy conversation with the contractor, who helped me better understand what boat I was in. Pro showed up on time and completed project promptly. Very pleased and would hire again.

They responded quickly to my request for an estimate, and came by within days to review the job. After we approved the cost, they were able to schedule the work within two days. The job was well done and they cleaned after completing the work. We'd gotten one other quote for the work (after waiting over a week for their quote to be submitted). K & K's quote was about $150 lower than the other vendor. We'll use them again.

I do not touch plumbing or electrical when it comes to home repairs, I tried to do this repair and botched it! I immediately opened Home Advisor after researching what the average cost for this repair type was to be, so I knew what to expect. K&K was smack-dab in the middle of the lowest to highest range! Jeff was friendly, punctual, on time, and the repair was done in a fraction of the time it took me to mess it up! He was polite through the entire process, and when explaining things to me, he never once made me feel dumb as a lot of specialized trades people do. I would highly recommend K&K Plumbing to anyone else, and again Jeff was awesome! I hope I do not need a plumber again any time soon, but if I do... K&K has my business!

Our serviceman called to say he could earlier to give us an estimate. He came checked out the job and gave us a very good quote, he said he could do the job right then which was fine with us. He completed the job in less than an hour. He did excellent work.
