All good on time and no problems

I am more than happy of the job that they did they are awesome people that do the job right and I do recommend them to anyone. They will be coming again to do more job into my yard and I can't wait to the job be totally completed.

K & K did a great job! They responded quickly and had our giant old dying tree down and out of harms way that week. Also ground down a few stumps for us. Thank you.

The owner was very knowledgeable and did a great job. They removed the stumps and filled the holes. It looks great.

This was one of the worse contractor experiences I ever had. I was taking bids to have a few limbs trimmed back. I gave a specific marker that I did not want them trimmed beyond my concrete patio. After a few reschedules trying to find a time I'd be home he called and I said I'd be home in a few hours if that worked. ("his equipment "gelled from the cold" the first day... It was 30 degrees out. Or he'd give a day and leave you waiting to hear another postpone into the afternoon.) I got home and waited a couple hours before I looked out back and realized he chose to come before I'd be there and did exactly what I said I didn't want and lopped off limbs to the trunk. He also left his giant ladder laying across my and my neighbors yard. The ladder was there for 3 days the whole way across my neighbors yard, limbs laying in mine, with no word of his return. When John did call and asked what I thought I told him I was pretty upset he did what I specifically said I didn't want and it looked like he just did it the easiest way possible instead. He tried to convince me for a couple minutes he did it as a favor because he thought it would grow back to soon and he was saving me money, despite what the bid was for. This was the last we spoke on phone. The job was only half done but at this point I did not trust his work enough to have him do the high limbs. I offered to pay him a reduced rate of his choice and not leave a bad review or pay full. His response was to write an email calling me a complete liar. He claimed we had a contract... Which we did but he took a picture of the part of the limbs I wanted trimmed but put no writing specifying the request. It seemed very intentional. In this email he went as far as to tell me I had no business working in a hospital because of my dishonesty.... He then sent the full bill for the 1/2 job they did. His invoice said to pay by card but there is no payment info and he no longer responded. I sent a check and paid $20 to require signature. It was received and signed for 6 days prior to the date he said he'd be putting a workman's lien on the property that would cost much more.... It has been 16 days since the check was received. He is sending notices it is still unpaid but won't cash it or respond to me asking about the check that was signed for or offering another way to pay. I now paid for a job that was done half way and incorrectly but have been waiting 2+ weeks to find out if he just won't accept it so he can go through with his threat of putting a lien on the property. A complete waste of my time and money

They did a great job on what I ask for was in there an handle there business fast a clean. A very respectable company an I will hire them for more jobs !! Owner is a great guy easy to talk to on what u need handle around ur home a best prices around in my book very reasonable!! Great company an gets the work done fast an safely
