Ken and his team at KKR are fantastic. A few years ago a wind storm blew down the fence in our backyard. They quickly and expertly replaced it, and the new fence is even better than our old one. They did such a nice job we did not hesitate to call them when we needed our side steps replaced this year. Again, they did a great job and everything was completed in a timely manner. One of the best things about KKR is that they communicate well (return calls, accurate quotes), show up and complete jobs on time, and most importantly they do quality work. I highly recommend them, and I would hire them again for sure!

AWESOME!! I highly recommend KKR Construction. I had a couple sections of fence come down in a wind storm. So initially I was going to have Ken put up a vinyl fence on the one side of the yard on only an old school hand shake. Then a couple days later texted him, I only wanted the sections replaced with a wood fence plus fixing the gate. He didn’t have any problem with any of it. I left it up to him to come at his convenience. He came a couple days later, just before Jan 2019 snow storm/ deep freeze. Ken did a GREAT job and is very personable. We even talked about him taking down a couple trees in the future. Sue in Depew

He does not return phone calls. We were shorted ten feet of fence and have not been refunded. We ordered privacy slats 4 months ago and they still are not in. The job was stupidly paid for in full and the job is not completed. Very unreliable company. I would not recommend them.

Very responsive to calls. One of the few people that actually responded to my inquiries. They were efficient and did great work at a great price.

I was a little impatient, because mother nature delayed the project. There was some miscommunication about times and days, but having said that,once they got there and got to work,they were amazing. The chain link fence looks great 👍.

Bought a property in Sunset bay NY and needed a 150 foot fence immediately due to problem neighbor and limited time at the residence. (I’m from out of state). I emailed KKR construction through the Home Advisor app. Received a call from the owner Ken within an hour. He arranged a meeting the next day. Told him I needed a wooden fence with galvanized poles and brackets. He instantly gave me a very reasonable price and I agreed on the spot. Though he was extremely busy, he didn’t hesitate to fit our fence into his schedule. Within my timeline, Kens crew showed up on time, had proper equipment and high quality materials for the job. The fence took two days to construct . The crews work ethic and attention to detail were outstanding. Wooden fences are not really pretty to look out however KKR’s fence is a work of art. All of my neighbors agree that the fence is awesome. I’ll be hiring Ken and KKR again for other construction around the house for sure. I enjoyed working with Ken and His crew and look forward to working with them again!

Customer service was great. Very upfront with costs. The estimate was the actual final price. Prices were great. They put up a gate on the side of our garage and chain link fence along the back of our yard. They even cut down some of the tree line to put up the fence. Cleaned up the yard when they were done. Extremely professional. I will be hiring them in the future for my home projects. Highly recommended.

Part of our fence collapsed during a wind storm and within a week the owner, Ken, was on site to assess the job and provide an estimate. Ken was very responsive to our needs and requests. He went out of his way to match the new posts with the remaining posts. Although it was pouring rain on the day the job was scheduled, he made sure that his staff was on time and ready to work and the job was completed within a day and a half. At the end of the first day they made sure the job site was cleaned and secure with all tools were stored properly and when the job was completed, the team put our yard back together and you wouldn't know the fence had been replaced. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely call them the next time we have a project.

He did what he said he was going to do, he was always on time, finished ahead of time and very personable. Just really really nice people to deal with. It made my life a lot easier that I can trust someone to do the job. Very honest and goes beyond he says he's going to do. I'm 75 years old and he even helped me with my garage door. You can't service like this anymore.

there price is well under big name fence contractors ,and there products and workmanship are second to none.Ken the owner said the warranty for any parts or fence adjustments in the future just give him a call and he will be out .Other companies don't stand buy that once they get paid your done ,will be back out but it will cost you.

Very flexible and willing to work with homeowner regarding what is desired and how much money is spent. I changed my plan several times to stay within a comfortable price range. Ken was easy to communicate with and came to do the job when promised. A rainy day did not keep him from completing the job.

I contacted KKR Construction and provided a picture of where we wanted our current wooden fence taken down and a chain link put up. KKR construction was at our house the very first available day that the weather would permit and installed our new chain link fence. We are very happy with the service, quality and the price!! Ken was very professional and we are very happy with our fence! Even working in the cold weather! We installed a vinyl fence and had lots of tree roots to deal with. The fence went up quickly and we love it! We would highly recommend this company!

Do not hire Ken and his crew. He put up a fence for me in March I called in April regarding my gate needing to be fixed he said he would stop by one week turn into two weeks turns into another phone call. He said he was busy and promised he would come by to fix it well it's August he never came buy. I have been calling him multiple times a weeks for the last two months and sent multiple txt msgs I have not received any returned calls. Do not hire them they did my job under the table and if you do hire them get a paper trail guaranteeing there work.
