Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Extremely professional customer service as well as the crew that came out to do the work. I would definitely recommend using them for my roofing and construction jobs. The crew worked neatly, quickly and proficient. They came on time and worked until almost dark, leaving no mess or things laying around. Started the next day the same way.

Terry is very professional and was a pleasure to work with.. He was extremely prompt in contacting me and giving a bid. Always returned calls or text quickly. The roofing crew were very hard workers...on time, courteous and did an awesome job cleaning up the worksite afterward. I'm very thankful.

No fuss, no bother, got the job done quickly, cleanly and neatly. Took a few hours more than the estimate but the roof had two dormers and a change in slope that complicated the metal roof installation a bit. No big problem, just a little more time to cut and fit panels. Complete clean up after the job was done. Looks good and meets all my expectations. Would call them again if I needed something they do.

We wouldn t use another roofer! If you want great customer service: the kind of service where the customer is always right, the kind of service where the business goes out of their way to make you happy and takes pride in their work, the kind of service where the job isn t paid for until the job is done to your complete satisfaction, then go with K & K!!! You won t be disappointed!

Metal Roofing Installation and Replacement
My only reason for rating of 4 on customer service was a failure to respond to emails. Other communication was good.
