K Kelley Construction

They did 4 separate projects for me over the last few months. (1) They repaired wall damage in a 1/2 bath and installed new flooring, vanity and toilet and painted (2) They installed new laminate flooring in master bedroom after removing ancient carpet. (3) They put in new vanity, toilet and cabinets in master bath and repainted. (4) They removed really ancient carpet in my den (garage conversion) and installed gorgeous laminate flooring and also had to do repair to a wall that had termite damage. James and Michael are very friendly and competent in their work. Just a bit sorry I don't have any more remodeling or upgrades to do (yet).

His work was excellent. He showed up on time to give me an estimate and explained what he would need to do. He showed up on time to do the work. I would hire him again and recommend him to others.

James and Michael tore down the large old deck and replaced with similar materials and added a cedar wood box. These guys are extremely easy to have around. I thoroughly enjoyed the time interacting with them. They were here to see that I was pleased with what they did. Absolutely no complaints!! I will definitely use them again on any project around my home.

From appraisal to the end of the project they were professional, very knowledgeable and understanding. We will use them again when we have need.

Our deck looks brand new again with the repairs James did. He has also completely remodeled two bathrooms for us, done work in our kitchen with recessed lighting removal, replaced our mailbox, repaired and/or replaced parts of our fences and gates. He did a pergola and wood fencing for my sister-in-law. Plumbing repairs in a shower pan for a brother-in-law. A complete bathroom remodel for a friend... We have yet to come up with any work we needed done that James can’t handle! Plus, I trust him in my home with my dogs when we aren’t able to be there! That’s an added bonus we’ve never found with anyone else. And we feel like he is fair with his charges as well. He’s definitely our go-to guy for all those honey-do’s too big to handle on our own!

The quality of the repairs to my moms 60 years old house are excellent. The professional work and customer care that my mom felt made her extremely happy. We have more projects and having found a great guy to work with puts mom at ease. Truly a God sent.

This is our second time using Kelley Construction. We needed our roof and guttering completely replaced. He was very knowledgeable and understanding to our needs. It only took one day to put on the new roof and they cleaned up around the house making sure everything was picked up, Mr. Kelley worked with our insurance company/adjuster to make sure everything was listed from the hail damage. Thank you again and we are telling our friends about our new roof.

James did painting and a lot of other repairs. His work was excellent. I would highly recommend him for any home repairs. Also, he was on time and kept the work area clean. I will certainly be using him in the future.

Mr. Kelley has done work for me in the past. He does EXCELLENT work. I have never had to call him back with a problem relating to his work. Not only does he do the work but puts everything back the way he found it. His charges are more than reasonable. Mr. Kelley is reliable, good communicator and very HONEST. My house is 3 yrs. old and had earthquake damage in several areas. When work was completed, the house was back to the original look. Cannot tell there were problems. Mr. Kelley is dependable, high skilled and very HONEST. A man of character. I will always call him when I have issues with home.

He was very helpful very clean showed up on time and we enjoyed talking with him.

Everything worked out very well for me. He very graciously accommodated my inability to be there while he was doing the work & provided me with pictures of everything from start to finish. Plus also taking payment over the phone. Then I had to be there two days ago for getting another couple of contractors chosen for a different project, at which time I was able to see the work he had done in real life. I'm glad to say I am very happy with the work he did.

Extremely honest and does great work. Great communication to verify you are getting exactly what you want, we will be using him again on future projects.

Did an excellent job at a fair price in repairing 2 box windows and other trim on siding. Kept all appointments and left work site in pristine condition

He was was kind and listened to what I wanted done. He cleaned up at the end of each day and was very professional.

You can depend on the quality and detail of his work
