Karl was prompt , friendly, skilled and knew his stuff. He removed 3 ceiling fans that had been previously installed( poorly) and put up 3 replacements. Because we live in an older building, there were additional issues revealed , as well, that he was able to expertly deal with. His price was very reasonable for the expertise involved, and, he worked in a very clean manner.We will definitely use him on future projects.
