Kent owns the foundation company and his son owns the excavation company. They work extremely well together, own their equipment and workd extremely hard to satisfy me. They explain the process extremely well and often offer suggestions to reduce the overall cost of my building my new home as an owner-builder. I give them 5 stars.

They were quick, friendly, efficient, did a great job, and were very reasonably priced! We had a slight additional request while they were here and they were quick to do it. Not only did they perform as requested but they also improved the topography of the yard to prevent further problems. I'll call them again if I need more help.

overall good job, but equipment breakdown delayed finishing job. Poor condition of equipment and apparently poor maintenance.

"All equipment is late model and well maintained. Breakdowns happen. It did not cause hardship to the customer or compromise the deadline."
