Electrical Switches, Outlets & Fixtures Install or Repair
I wouldnâ t not recommend Ken for medium or Large projects. He might be OK if you have a small project such as installing one single outlet or light fixture. I hired him for installing outlets & lighting fixtures throughout my basement. But my experience was not. If you still want to hire him please keep the following things in your mind. He is not punctual. He cancelled multiple appointments on the same days he supposed to be coming. He wants 50% of the payment upfront, which is very unusual for any professional contractor. Even he wouldnâ t start the job until the check gets cleared. Try to document any verbal communication with him. Otherwise he might forget will keep asking you to pay extra. He does not do any clean up at all. Left my basement in a complete mess. His work is not professional at all & do not finish it in detail. Kept a junction box open without any face plate on it. So , I would not recommend Ken. You would be better off to hire a professional even by paying little bit extra.
