After interviewing over 7-companies for estimates, KLH came out ahead without the added verbage of 'the better thing to do for this type of job'... I know what needs to be done and the best type of material. His price was so low, I flipped! Went out of his way looking for matching bathroom tile, made a beautiful design with them without the expensive price. Also installed vanity and toilets without asking and did an excellent job, so I did not have to call a plumber! And installed an electrical ceiling fan/heater, so again, no need to call an electrician. KLM was all these three rolled-up into one, very handy handyman. Showed up on time and got right to work. Keith had a hard working crew, knew their job and did outstanding work. Cleaned up after work was completed. Very fair price. I've save KLH Service as my go to Handyman for future projects, very pleased with their work. I've already hire Keith for another project, paint my deck area. Would recommend KLH Services to family and friends.

We needed our swamp cooler checked and installed. Mark called very soon after we posted our need: he quoted a price that we found very reasonable. Mark and Mike came at the time agreed and checked out the cooler: Mark recommended new cooler pads, which we knew we needed, and he explained costs of same. I asked them to buy them, and they returned in a timely manner with the store receipt. Mark and Mike were polite, efficient, and hardworking. Job cost was as quoted. We will use them again! They took away all the trash. Agree with other reviewers who suggest the KLH owner buy KLH Services T-shirts for workers: that way, they will look as professional as they are when they work.

Very quick response. Friendly and knowledgeable technicians. The only thing I would recommend is possibly a company t-shirt or something to identify your technicians and give them a more professional look. They were so well-mannered, professional and friendly - if they wore a company t-shirt, it would complete the nice image. They took time to explain what they were doing and to answer all of my questions. They also got my swamp cooler to run more efficiently and made suggestions for routine maintenance, which I didn't know about. The price was reasonable, and on the lower end, according to the Home Advisor average cost graph.

Very fast, quality service. Called and they were by the same day to quote and look at the job. Completed the very next day. Removed a whole yard full of fitzers that were killed by voles (HUGE bushes). Fast, professional, and better pricing than anyone else that quoted the job. Definitely would use again and highly recommend.
